The Land Conservation Brokerage provides land conservation services, including real estate brokerage, grant writing and grant management, as well as strategic advisory and project management for the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Based in San Diego County, California, the Land Conservation Brokerage specializes in finding creative solutions to help preserve California’s natural and cultural heritage, through mitigation and conservation transactions as well as other means, including innovative conservation-friendly development practices known as “smart growth.”
