The Land Conservation Brokerage maintains strategic partnerships to better serve its clients. These include:

• Dr. Susan M. Hector is a Senior Archaeologist at ASM Affiliates, Inc., a cultural resources consulting firm with offices in Carlsbad, Pasadena, and Reno.  ASM provides services related to cultural resource management, ethnography, historic and prehistoric archaeology, park planning, and open space preserve planning and management. Dr. Hector also provides consultation on cultural resource inventories and management recommendations to non-profit organizations and government agencies.  She has over 30 years of experience working with the cultural resources of southern California.
   
• Steve Alexander Group, Ltd., which specializes in community affairs, facilitation and marketing communications programs. Alexander is the former regional director of Burson-Marsteller, the world’s largest public relations firm, where he built the market in San Diego for the agency, and worked with numerous worldwide projects and clients including The Nature Conservancy, QUALCOMM, Scripps Health, San Diego County Water Authority, SmartCommunities™, McMillin Companies/NTC Development Project and the City of San Diego.
   
• The law firm of Worden Williams, APC, provides legal services to real estate professionals, government agencies, and private clients throughout San Diego and southern California. Founded in 1975, the firm has attorneys with years of expertise in the areas of land use, real estate, contracts, and nonprofit law and has served as counsel for many cities, water districts, sewer agencies, transit agencies, park, and other local and regional agencies.
