LCB has represented private property owners with desert land in the Borrego area including two parcels at 320-acres (each) located east of Peg Leg Road and west and south of the Borrego Badlands. In 2015, LCB successfully represented a private seller in the sale of 320 acres to the Anza Borrego Foundation; the sale price was $136,000.
