LCB is assisting a property owner in Vista sell 8 acres of habitat land, including wetlands; specifically coastal sage scrub, freshwater marsh, oak riparian forest, southern willow scrub and uplands. The property has great restoration potential.  Two additional parcels, one acre each, are also available; one is undeveloped, the other includes structures that could be removed to expand the restoration possibilities of this land. The property is zoned agriculture but a conservation easement limits its use to conservation or mitigation.
